Facey is continuing to help navigate through COVID-19. 

 

Hi all, I hope you're all keeping healthy. Isn't it great to start to see the initial easing of restrictions here in Victoria. 

The golfers in the office are up and about and certainly a bit more positivity in the air. It's been another big fortnight for us at Facey, I'd like to thank our Property Managers for their continued effort in dealing in with an environment none of us has seen coming. 

We have successfully negotiated in excess of 290 agreements with tenants to date. 

We continue to work with remaining tenants for a fair commercial outcome inline with the government's code. While our office remains closed, as we work remotely, we have put systems in place so that some of the team can start transitioning back to the office from late in May.

On the sales front, momentum continues to build an example of this terrific land sale for an acre in Hallam South Road over the weekend. We've also just launched the campaign of a terrific commercial investment in Berwick Village. 

As trusted advisors, we continue to advocate for our clients and have recently acquired a medical centre for a key client as they continue to build their portfolio under management.

There's no doubt this is a challenging time, but how fortunate are we to live in Australia right now. We are well placed to meet this challenge, and we look forward to a well overdue catch up hopefully in the not too distant future.
