Innovation has been the focus of our business for many years. From video listings, to live broadcast of auctions, to online live auction bidding and video call inspections, we have been the first adopters of technology and innovation in our field.
In turn, the progressive nature of our business has held us in good stead when COVID-19 hit. We were able to easily pivot our business to adapt to this ‘new normal’.
Our team is armed with a sanitising pack that includes face masks, gloves, and sanitiser for all meetings and inspections. This will continue after lockdown and for the foreseeable future.

Originally set up for our interstate and international clients to attend our auctions, live online auctions and bidding will commence again once restrictions allow us to take a property to auction.
Leaving no process unturned, nor our team exposed in any way, we have implemented ‘Contactless handover’ with digital delivery of documents and the implementation of key safes on-site for improved accessibility.
Digital document signing and online forms have been processes implemented at Facey now for many years. Not only environmentally friendly, but also contactless, allowing our business to continue through COVID-19.
As we deal with clients in many locations, virtual meetings have been a way of showing discussing our clients potential properties, and landlords and understanding our client’s requirements. Facetime and zoom have never been more useful tools for our team.
Listing your property for sale or lease no longer needs an onsite in-person meeting, our contactless listing process, including the delivery of our proposal, can be done all online.
