An above average eDM result contributed to a high level of enquiry for this property. Interest was boosted by new campaign items such as video and the Property Preview magazine. The property sold a week after EOI close. Agents: Mark Bond & Colin Tarlamis The campaign also included a saturation of large quarter page print ads in The Age Saturday and Wednesday papers and an eDM to a targeted database which generated a significant number of enquiry and video views.
