I/we authorise you to obtain from our Business References, previous Managing Agents and a credit reporting agency, information about me/us/our company and/or the guarantor/s (as named and provided herein) to assess whether to accept me/us/our company the guarantor/s (as named and provided herein) as parties to this Offer to Lease.

No action shall be taken by the applicant against the landlord or the agent should any circumstances arise whereby the property is not available for occupation on the due date
