Sales and Leasing Cadet

Dandenong South ASAP Full Time

An excellent opportunity for a Sales and Leasing Cadet to join our growing team and develop essential skills and experience to become a successful respected agent. It is our intention to give you the best start within our exciting industry.

The job brief:
You will be based in our Dandenong South office and your day-to-day tasks would consist of:

  • Assisting with the listing of properties – for example; taking photos, gathering and adding information to input into our CRM. Generating advertising boards and draft advertising copy using templates.
  • Assisting with the sale or lease of a property – for example; taking and recording enquiries associated with the listed property, undertaking inspections with potential tenants/purchasers and canvassing potential purchasers/tenants.
  • Assisting with the paperwork associated with listing, selling or leasing a property – for example; reviewing application forms including contributing information of lease terms and use of property (if you have taken the enquiry or received the application for tenancy), maintain and updating files associated with the property, reviewing and proofing marketing collateral.
  • Maintenance of our CRM – for example; adding sale or lease information for history/comparable evidence, refreshing listings with copy and/or images, editing or closing listings.

What we are looking for:
  • CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (formerly known as Agents Representative Certificate)
  • Customer service/Sales experience may include retail, hospitality, etc.
  • Interest and desire to work in the property sector
  • Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting minor technical issues
  • Polished personal image and presentation standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high degree of professionalism
