Before you get started please review this checklist to make applying online with Facey easy.
Information to have available:
  • Confirmed lease details
  • ABN
  • ACN
  • Directors’ personal guarantee information (up to three)
  • Previous rental history (current and previous)
  • Business References (two required)
 
Copies of the following to upload (files formats include PDF, JPG, PNG):
  • Assets and liabilities for Company and Directors
  • Driver’s license or passport (for each Director)
  • Copy of council rates (for each Director)

FURTHER TERMS

1. This application is subject to landlord’s approval

2. Keys will not be handed over until the leases are signed & monies paid by the tenant

3. I/we authorise you to obtain from our Business References, previous Managing Agents and a credit reporting agency, information about me/us/our company and/or the guarantor/s(as named and provided herein) to assess whether to accept me/us/our company the guarantor/s (as named and provided herein) as parties to this Offer to Lease.

4. I/we hereby agree that in the event of you accepting this offer, I/we shall upon request execute, a Lease in the form of the standard Commercial Lease issued by the REIV or such Lease employed for these Premises embodying the terms and conditions as set out above, andI/We/Our Company agree to bear the costs of engrossing of Lease, rent/credit checks and Company/Title Searches to a maximum of $400.00 plus GST in relation to a REIV Lease preparedby Facey Property.

5. No action shall be taken by the applicant against the landlord or the agent should any circumstances arise whereby the property is not available for occupation on the due date
