We would like to take this opportunity to thank Facey property in selling owr commercial retail property in Dandenong. After a lot of attempts with another retail real estate agency which we had it listed for quite a long time and Thay couldn’t achieve the results that we wanted we did engage Facey property to market and sell owr property. Facey property is a well none premium commercial and industrial  nomber one agency in Dandenong and thay do no thare staff around . Thare marketing and fee structure is very reasonable compared to alot of ather agency’s around. Thare service is unmatched. When we first called tham to come and give us a valuation on the property thay did give us a lot of valuable and correct and informative information about the property when we did sighn the authority for tham to sell Owr property thay did gide us and informed us all the way till the end and after settlement. Thay did listen to us of what we neaded in selling owr property, thay we’re extremely patient with us and the sale of owr property thay wernt pushy at all.Thay didn’t ask us too reduce the price like the ather agency did thay were very pelite  and extremely patient The two agents which got involved in selling owr property David Politakis and Adam Martin are extremely professional on what thay do, thay have bean in the real estate sector for years. I would highly recommend Facey property to anyone that has a property to sell or lease, you won’t loose with this company, if your thinking of selling your property or leasing your property and your thinking off giving it elsewhere your making a complete wrong move. Our experience so far with Facey Property, in particular Mark Bond and Charlotte Hall, has been absolutely phenomenal. I don’t review often, but in this situation, I absolutely want to shout out to these two amazing people. Our new rental unfortunately came along with an electrical gremlin, out of anyone’s control. As a smaller business, a day out of operation caused absolute havoc. One panicked phone call to Charlotte early in the morning, and before we knew it a wave of electricians came in and worked late into the night to make sure we could continue business. Mark touched base with us, keeping us updated and informed throughout, which was incredibly appreciated. The care and dedication of the Facey Property towards their clients is outstanding. Their understanding that every hour counts in business and the response they provided is immeasurable. Many thanks to Mark and Charlotte. I can’t speak more highly of Charlotte Hall from Faceys our property manager for a factory we own and rent out in Pakenham. Charlotte has always been so attentive to everything required to manage our property   And just recently she went well beyond managing our factory when unfortunately the internal concrete slab had subsided at one end due to movement (we brought the factory brand new about 3 years ago). Charlotte was fantastic in helping us organise the builder to fix it under warranty. The builders representative Ben was also very helpful as well. It was quite a stressful period getting it done logistically organising tenants moving out while being fixed etc. But Charlotte was unreal in how she helped organise things. After years of paying high fees and getting terrible tenants vetted by a neglectful property management company, I finally went to Facey Property. Violet has been a breath of fresh air.
