305 Eleven Mile Road, Cora Lynn, is one of the REIV award finalists for Best Sales Campaign – Budget Under $20k.
This market garden enterprise had a rural holding of 40 hectares, and marketing involved:

Successfully leased earlier this year, 4 Langmore Lane in Berwick is one of the REIV finalists for Best Leasing Campaign – Budget Under $20k.
This Berwick beauty included excellent ground and first-floor office areas with additional amenities and was leased with a five-year lease on both floors at the asking rent.
