What’s your idea of the perfect day?
Wake up with the sun shining, cooked breakfast, an easy drive to work, home in time for a walk to the park with my daughter and Irish wolf hound Fergus
What is the first thing you take with you if your house was burning down?
My daughter 1st, then my dog, then photo albums
What was the first CD you bought (or first concert you went to)?
Vinyl record in my day, Michael Jackson – Bad and 1st Concert – Tina Arena perm and all
Who is someone you admire and why?
My mum, was 1 of 9 children who all had to be independent of a young age, then to raise 3 children, working afternoon / nights and went back to uni as a mature age student to follow her dream to become a teacher, and has been teaching now for 20 years.
When you were in primary school what did you want to be when you grew up?
Many things, though a primary teacher
What is something you want to accomplish in the next year?
To get back into my hobbies, before having my daughter I did a quilting class, they were all 30 years my senior but we had such a laugh
What hidden talents do you have?
I never knew how much patience I had until having a daughter 7 going on 17 haha
