After winning the Victoria’s REIV Marketing and Communication Award for Excellence for our COVID-19 marketing and communication campaign.

Facey Property became a finalist in the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) National Awards for Excellence 2022!

For  Marketing and Communication Award for the implementation of COVID safety strategies, communication and guidelines. Facey Property’s Covid-19 related marketing and communication strategies were pivotal in how we continued to successfully help our clients and offer them the support they needed during this unprecedented period.

Our goal throughout the rigours of Victoria’s COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions was to maintain the exceptional standard of service and care that our clients had come to expect from us.

Whilst our initial focus was on safety and getting business transacting again, via;

  • ensuring clients and our team members had sanitising packs for all meetings conducted
  • transitioning all auctions to an online format
  • installation of on-site key safes
  • accessibility of digital documents and forms
  • virtual inspections to discuss potential properties
  • contactless listing process

During this time our role soon evolved into being an authority and conduit to information as we kept our clients informed with everything Facey Property, COVID-19, industry regulations and broader discussions around the commercial real estate industry.

The campaign focus was on our communication. Not only did this support our clients’ confidence in our ability to deliver results, but it also positioned us as a trusted, informed, and educated authority in the field, as we dedicated resources as circumstances changed.

We offer a wealth of knowledge to our clients to ensure that they are educated on matters that pertain to them and treat each client, no matter the size of their portfolio, with the same amount of respect that we would want to be shown if the situation had been reversed. In addition, we wanted to ensure that our clients knew that our dedication to them would never waver despite this trying time.
We developed strategies to deliver these goals and outcomes, which were complex due to our diverse client bases related to our many services – sales, leasing, property management, owners’ corporation management, and centre management.
