Facey Once Again Enjoy Success At The REIV Commercial And Industrial Marketing Awards.

Facey entered three submissions into the REIV Commercial & Industrial Marketing Awards, with two of the submissions being announced as finalists in August.

Facey is very pleased that the campaign for 1485 South Gippsland Highway, Cranbourne was awarded the Best Marketing Campaign by a Medium Agency and the campaign for 20 Decor Drive, Hallam was announced as a finalist for the Best Industrial Site Sale Campaign, with a budget under $20,000.

1485 South Gippsland Highway, Cranbourne is a multi-listing site including a total land area of 1.3051ha with five buildings ranging in size from 240m² to 2,315m². A further vacant parcel of land of approximately 3,489m² was also available. The site was 100% leased.

This Expression of Interest campaign for 1485 South Gippsland Highway was run efficiently over 6 weeks with strong online presence, printed collateral, professional photography, video with drone footage, social media advertising and a feature in the Facey Property Preview.

20 Decor Drive, Hallam was marketed with signage, video, printed collateral including newspaper, online advertising, social media, an email campaign and ended with a Facebook live stream of the two auctions on the day. The auctions were held back to back and both auctions resulted in sales.
