The site had two functional buildings, over an acre in land area and the potential for various uses, which brought extensive interest from potential tenants.





Finding a suitor for this site was always going to provide some challenges because it offered certain features that sat outside the mainstream. There were plenty of auto wrecker types that wanted to take the space, but that didn’t suit our client for fear of the site becoming untidy with the risk of land contamination.

By covering a broad spectrum of advertising methods, we managed to pinpoint a great tenant match that has ultimately turned into a strong five-year commitment at a strong rate from a clean and established tenant.
