Five REIV Awards Finalist Nominations.
One Incredible Team.

Facey Property has been named a finalist across five categories in the 2026 REIV Awards for Excellence.

From commercial property management and agency performance to property marketing and community service, this recognition reflects the breadth of expertise across our business and the commitment our team brings to every client, property and campaign.

The REIV Awards for Excellence celebrate innovation, professionalism, leadership and excellence across Victoria’s real estate industry. To be recognised in five categories is a significant achievement and one that belongs to our entire team.

Commercial Agency of the Year

Facey Property has also been named a finalist for Commercial Agency of the Year.

This nomination recognises the collective strength of our business and the people, systems and values that support the service we deliver.

Property Management now represents almost half of Facey’s business, supported by experienced people, strong systems and long-term client relationships. More than 40 per cent of the Facey team have been with the business for over 15 years, providing clients with valuable continuity, knowledge and experience.

The nomination also recognises Facey’s investment in client education, digital marketing, market intelligence and initiatives designed to help clients make more informed property decisions.

For our clients, this means access to an established team with specialist expertise across commercial sales, leasing, property management, marketing and advisory services.

Commercial Property Manager of the Year – Vittorio Galli

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Vittorio Galli, Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager, as a finalist for Commercial Property Manager of the Year.

For more than 10 years, Vittorio Galli has built trusted relationships with property owners and tenants while overseeing a significant portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties.

His practical approach, commercial insight and commitment to proactive communication help clients navigate challenges, protect their investments and improve the long-term performance of their properties.

One example included in the award submission involved a complex of approximately 30 warehouses that was around 50 per cent vacant when Facey commenced management. Through clear communication, consistent follow through and a focus on rebuilding confidence with the landlord and tenants, the property became fully leased. The client subsequently entered into a five-year exclusive management authority with Facey Property.

Vittorio Galli’s finalist recognition reflects the experience, accountability and genuine care he brings to every property and every client relationship.

Community Service Award

Facey Property has been named a finalist in the Community Service Award, recognising our long-standing commitment to supporting Make-A-Wish Australia.

For 31 years, Facey has proudly continued a fundraising legacy established by Graham “Josh” Kendall. What began as a charity golf day has grown into an enduring community initiative supported by our team, clients, sponsors, suppliers and friends of Facey.

Each year, the event brings our community together to raise vital funds for Make-A-Wish Australia, helping grant life-changing wishes for children living with critical illnesses.

This finalist nomination recognises the collective effort behind the event and the impact that can be achieved when a business, its clients and its community rally behind a shared cause.

Community contribution has always been part of The Facey Way. It reflects our values of teamwork, respect, ownership and giving back to the communities that support us.

We thank everyone who has contributed to the success of this event over the past 31 years and are proud to continue supporting the important work of Make-A-Wish Australia.

Two Finalist Commercial Marketing Campaigns

Facey Property received two finalist nominations in the Best Commercial & Industrial Marketing Sales Campaign by a Medium Agency category:

  • 150–156 S Gippsland Highway, Cranbourne
  • 74–78 High Street, Berwick

These nominations recognise the strategic thinking, creativity and detailed execution behind two very different commercial property campaigns.

74–78 High Street, Berwick

Held by the same family for 33 years, this property sold unconditionally for $4.8 million through an Expressions of Interest campaign.

The campaign needed to communicate both the property’s immediate investment qualities and its longer-term potential.

A coordinated mix of digital advertising, professional collateral, floor plans, database marketing and prominent signage gave the property a strong and consistent presence throughout the campaign.

These nominations demonstrate Facey’s ability to identify the individual strengths of a property, build a strategy around the right audience and execute every element with care.

150–156 South Gippsland Highway, Cranbourne

Known as Amazing Grace, this prominent hospitality and events property required a campaign capable of communicating its distinctive character, existing business potential and future redevelopment possibilities.

The campaign combined professional digital content, targeted advertising, database marketing and premium online exposure to position the property in front of relevant buyers. The eDM was delivered to 4,845 recipients and recorded 2,049 opens, while the online and digital advertising generated further visibility and engagement.

What This Recognition Means for Our Clients

Awards are not the reason we do the work, but they provide valuable independent recognition of the standards behind it.

For our clients, these five finalist nominations represent:

  • Experienced people who understand commercial property
  • Proactive and accountable property management
  • Strategic advice informed by real market experience
  • Marketing campaigns tailored to each property and its target audience
  • A stable team committed to long-term client relationships
  • A business that contributes meaningfully to its community

Most importantly, the nominations reflect the trust our clients place in us. We do not take that trust for granted.

Proudly Facey

Five finalist nominations across property management, commercial agency excellence, community service and property marketing is an achievement our whole team can be proud of.

We congratulate Vittorio Galli on the well-deserved individual recognition and acknowledge every member of the Facey team who contributed to these nominations.

We are grateful to our clients, community partners, suppliers and supporters. Your trust and continued support make achievements like this possible.

The winners will be announced at the REIV Awards for Excellence Gala on 22 October 2026 at Crown Palladium.
